Somdev Devvarman (born Guwahati 13 February 1985), also known as "Somdev Dev Varman", is a tennis player from India. He rose to prominence while at college at the University of Virginia in the USA. He is the only collegiate player to ever have made it to three consecutive NCAA Singles Championships, winning it in his junior and senior year.

Devvarman reached his first ATP Tour final at the 2009 Chennai Open, the first tournament of the new season, beating two-time Chennai Open former champion and world number 42 Carlos Moyá of Spain and 25th ranked Ivo Karlović of Croatia. Rainer Schüttler of Germany pulled out due to injury in the semi-final meaning that Devvarman progressed to the finals. In the final of the 2009 Chennai Open he lost to Marin Čilić of Croatia, 6–4, 7–6(3).
Devvarman is a defensive baseliner; he rallies from the back of the court aiming to keep the ball in play. He has gifted with unending stamina and great movement. He is sponsored by Lacoste and Babolat.
